Miles Traveled Affecting Fatigue

I'm not sure if this is already incorporated into the game, and the effect should only be minor, but maybe something where teams lose a bit of stamina if travelling to a game away from their own stadium? So an East Coast team that traveled to California would take a hit that first day? Maybe stamina replenishes slower on the road?

I like this, though I can see how it could also be difficult to code. As best I can tell now, travel operates as if teams have both teleporters and low range time machines (i.e.) you can play a game in Tokyo at noon, play the whole game and then have your entire team show up at a game in New York an hour after the Tokyo game started.

Given that you'd have to track that for all 20,000 players in the database every single day, that's a really, really immense undertaking for a very small incremental impact on the game. It's a good idea, just not one that's going to be doable anytime soon.
