Why are the prices different?

Buy from Store = buy direct from OOTP

Buy from Steam = Steam markup

2nd/3rd party distributors need to be compensated too.

Unless I am reading it wrong it's cheaper on Steam - $43 on Steam $59 through the webstore.

I'm having issues with Steam, so may purchase directly, but was wondering why the difference.

Are you from Canada? Esellerate is using a much higher exchange rate on the Canadian dollar than Steam is. Why I don't know, but it's not something we can get changed.

I thought it had something to do with that, but wanted to see (Steam is like that for some other games as well).
