Hovering mouse over Player?

I've just had to re-start a new fictional world (long story) and so I had to re-set all the preferences and settings.

One thing that seems different though, is that in my previous "world", when I hovered the mouse over a player's name, I got a "preview" or a "baseball card" with a picture and basic stats. I no longer get that in my new "world".

Can someone tell me what I'm doing (or not doing)? Thanks!

With your game open check "File" then Settings , third way down the page look for Player Popup delay and choose the setting.

Thanks! That's the menu that you usually set once and never have to do it again.

Which makes me wonder why it would have been changed at all...

In my game, the player picture display is turned on, but for some reason the player pictures aren't coming through. What should I do?
