so i downloaded the OHL Jersey for the Facegens... half of my team has the jerseys while other half does not... was wondering is there a error this causes this

Did you regenerate the players pictures? If the picture was generated before you installed the new jerseys, it will still show the old ones. I'm not at my main pc right now, so I'm not sure what is the exact path, but you can also go to your saved game\graphics\players pictures folder and delete them in there. Then, relaunch the game and the new jerseys should be shown.
