It tells me that not having a captain is detrimental to the team.....and I can't appoint a captain?

 kidding of course. what the game said plus... it's not too detrimental to a solid team... maybe a borderline playoff team it could make a very minor difference that could possibly be the proverbial straw that breaks the camels back -- being in playoffs or not. ie over 162 games it's a small effect, and therefore definitely negligible per 1 game. |
