Have contract years mean something.

Potential Outcomes:

-Boost in stats
-Demanding a trade
-Willing to waive no trade clause (to certain teams)
-Home team discount to resign

There is no real-life data indicating that stats should be boosted in contract years, and such a feature could be abusable.
