Observer Mode

I may be completely alone in this desire, but I'd like to see a mode where the user is strictly an observer. In one of my leagues I like to watch the development of players and teams as an observer only. I don't want to receive job offers at all. In this league I act as the commissioner only. I have a similar league in OOTB and I never receive any job offers.

Just ignore the job offers, nobody can force you to work.

Lol! Part of what I don't like is the guilt I feel that, in order to offer me a job, someone has just been fired. I always check to see if the firing was justified.
