Go to your mailbox (under manager settings) and toggle off the subscriptions you don't want.

I see no reason to purchase a baseball game on my PS4. I think this is all I need.

Now onto the suggestions (and please don't get me wrong, the game is great!)

- Is there or will there be a short flip animation for the middle infielders? I saw a play that seemed like it should have been a short flip because the shortstop was close enough to 2B. Instead it looked like the shortstop threw a rocket to his 2B just a few feet away. That's a good way to knock someone's head right off!

- Now that I'm back to playing games out again, I wish there was a way to export Gamelogs via PDF. I wanted to share the game with others. Not seeing an option here to do that. (by the way, this is with historical game so maybe this is different in a season game).

- How possible will it be to get replays from the Game Log? For example, I remember a great play from the 5th inning. I wish I could go to the Game Log, click on the result and see a replay of it. I understand this might not be an easy thing to code in, but an idea for the future.

- Left handed pitchers seem a bit off compared to righties. Something about the release point. Can't put my finger on it. Not sure if it's my eyes or my computer or the animation.

And a question:

Do the animations show separation in speed and arm strength? Can I see how great of an arm a player has by watching the animations or does everyone throw the same speed?
We'll improve the animations during the year, there are still some missing and some errors, like the occasional weird pitcher release

Regarding arm strength & speed, yes, ratings play a role here.

We'll keep working through improving the animations as we go forward

Installed it and played a Quickstart Game.
Wow, just Wow.
Awesome new design. I like these Dark Skin a lot. And the 3D View is also fantastic.
Thank you for this great Game!

Wow! Just... wow!

I had enough time during my lunch break to install and play a quick exhibition, holy cow!! Love the way the menus interact in game. Not that it was terrible before but the new graphics blend with the numbers, decisions, etc. love it thus far!

My only quibble is that the AI traded Aaron Judge to Cleveland for Yonder Alonso and Triston McKenzie before the 2018 season even started. (I start with all leagues enabled so first day was March 8th). I'm not going to say that wouldn't happen in real life, but, yeah ... that wouldn't happen in real life lol.
Hahaha. The game does not know names, only ratings

It's quite understandable for the AI to do that though. It looks at the outfield and sees two big behemoths in RF, so it trades one of them for a position player at a position where the incumbent seems to have trouble staying healthy and a pitching prospect with ridiculous strikeout totals. Blame it on the RL Yankees for stacking RF with too much talent. And yes, it wouldn't happen IRL, I know.

Say, folks, on this day of celebrating the monumental triumph of OOTPB 19, let us also give thanks for another relatively minor achievement. That is, the invention of this tiny little button which is so handy keeping track of new business in a thread like this and on a day such as this:

Awesome awesome game, I can't wait to dig in more.

My only complaint is that the Phillies who irl have money coming out their ears and the ability to carry a huge payroll always play like a small market team in OOTP for some reason.

And I am just getting started my internet connection decided to crap out. There was a very unpleasant call to ISP filled with some crude phrases and me asking "Exactly who is going to pay for all the work I lost when your system went down?"

Totally agree. Just made me laugh more than anything. AI logic must be a nightmare at times for Markus and his team. Not easy to do.

Someone who knows better will correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that that is randomly assigned. Could be completely mistaking it with something else in-game, but I thought that's the way it was.

How do I set my league up without the Historical League Creation Wizard? I've always been able to do so without the wizard, but "Advanced Mode" is greyed out in my game.

Mine seemed to work as soon as I selected the dead ball era the advanced button came up so I could set Career Play.
