Why was this Feature Removed

In OOTP18 - one of the patches REMOVED the ability to sort records by other columns (such as player, stat, and year). Why? And why is it still unavailable in OOTP19 - when it was a feature in almost every version from 10 onwards (that i can remember). See below:

I don't believe it was removed intentionally. We'll look into it and see when we can get a fix in.

Awesome - it is one of the most used features that I use....it seems like an easy fix to me.
