Great game, obviously. The OOTP guys did a great job with the updates, and the whole experience this year feels incredibly fresh and exciting. The animations take the game to a new level. My one wish is that there was a way to get more stats on the screen in Modern 3D mode. I used to play Classic 3D with all the widgets open. Ideally, we could create our own widgets for Modern 3D, choosing exactly the info we want to see and customizing widget sizes (and text sizes in the widgets). The animations are fun, but it is also fun to watch the stats update in real time, and the Modern 3D seems to put more distance between the user and the stats, which are the real heart of OOTP, in my humble opinion. I find the animations immersive, however, so it would be great to find a way to combine these fantastic new graphics with copious on-screen stats. Or even to have a few more buttons at the top right to allow pop-ups of more widgets (i.e. lineups with season totals, etc.) But, still, great work guys!

I don't like how the scores aren't next to the standings in the listing. I don't remember that being like that in 18. Those are my most used.

And then the simulate game is too close to the save game and leave option. Too easy to accidentally simulate the game!

Just finished 2018 with the Mets - mostly sim with a few games played out. I'll add my voice to the chorus praising the new 3D, it really enhances the immersion. One thing I absolutely loved that hasn't been discussed is the new end of year award voting - it really makes you feel like part of the universe, and can even lead to ~CONTROVERSY~ as shown here, with Corey Seager winning the MVP despite getting less first place votes than Noah Syndegaard!

Only thing I'd like to see implemented in the future is the ability to offer a position to personnel on other teams. It makes it harder to find coaches for your minor league teams - sure, it might not be the big leagues, but you're telling me guys would rather stay in indy ball than work in a big league org?

Imported our online league (MLBD) into 19. LOTS of significant changes in overall and potential ratings. I know one of the improvements said a revamped ratings logic.

I think our GMs may have a rude awakening when we upgrade.

Back to the discussion on movement. Looking at a pitcher whose movement number dropped 10 points (100 scale), in the editor his numbers both L, R and potential did not change from 18 to 19, but his overall movement number dropped from 50 to 40.

I'm not sure what that actually means, if the 200 scale numbers in the editor (presumably what is being used behind the scenes) didn't change.

So far I have nothing but positives to say about this version. Things I like the best are the new animated fielders, the sexy new skin, the new widgets (is there a way to move them?), bold new fonts, and there are many others.

I haven't found much to dislike or wish that it hadn't been changed. The gamer just feels deeper and more complete.

I have a ways to go yet...have only played out one game and that was an exhibition but the flow was great and the new animations make it feel like you are watching a real, live baseball game. Love how the rosters, lineups and player profiles look and feel.

Overall, well done, especially for a final beta release!

Holy Cow! Something I have asked for a few versions has made it into OOTP19.

You can now sort the batters vs pitchers stats!

Hey with early version is it an issue getting onto internet so that your stats can be saved? anyone have workaround for this?

It took quite a long time to import my OOTP 18 games into OOTP 19. Well over an hour for each game.

I am playing 19 with the dark skin, however, all of the drop down menus have a white background. Can this please be changed to a darker color? It is hard on the eyes having the white background.

I'm currently pausing a game just to come here and say that I am marveling at the realism of the 3D game-play. It's absolutely stunning -- can't say enough what a great job all of you did! Thank you!

I am seeing a problem with Pitcher fatigue. Pitchers fatigue rating is rapidly decreasing after low pitch count.

Additionally pitcher injuries are funky. In one game, after 5 innings, I have already had to replace 2 pitchers due to injury.

One pitcher was injured on the last pitch of an inning, however, I was prompted to replace him right away, even though my team was up to bat. I thought that delayed replacements were a new feature of OOTP 19?

if you're talking about accessing challenge mode, that will be online on thursday when the game officially releases

Love the new player animations! I've been a fan for years - even when it was all text it was the best baseball game around. It's amazing to see how far you guys have taken 3D mode.

Lots of things to like about the new interface - fun to see the player comparisons before the game. Love the stamina meters instead of just "OK" or "Tired." Also the fatigue and hot/cold icons in the team lineup widgets - my only nitpick is I'd like to also see a few stats there - average, home runs, RBI, those kinda things. I think they could fit without making the box too big - of course I play on wide view.

Once again you guys have outdone yourselves, as you do every year. The best baseball game ever just keeps getting better. It's 1:30AM and I really should get to bed but I keep wanting to squeeze in just one more game...

p.s. Would love to see the football game someday - hopefully things can work out that it eventually gets released...

You guys did an awesome job, I really like the new modern look in a lot of areas ...

The scoreboard, the statistic pages, I really like that you added links in a lot of areas (I especially like it in the player news when you can look through former trades and click on the players names), the improved 3D that brings me close to playing out a game here and there ...

Great!

What I really hope for in the (near?) future would be the chance to really watch games at a selected speed (obviously PbP text would need to be automatically deactivated) and we wouldn't need all the speed-options we have in Real-Time Simulation.

And I hope for a option to drag & drop the row with the out-of-town scores and the pitch sequence window. In my 1920*1200 resolution they look a little out of place ...

And thanks a lot for adding speed 1000 and sorting scoring plays in reverse order - this is fantastic!
