Shoeless' Socks Minors (Double A) Join Date: Jul 2017 Posts: 162	Rule 5 Draft needs work There are usually 3-5 players in the Rule 5 pool that don't meet the requirements OR fall victim to the "they signed by the AI yesterday, and go to the lowest miLB level (DSL) and haven't been assigned to the 40 man roster yet but realistically should/would be. Also, teams are taking players that in almost no circumstance would they take them. At most, 1-3 players per round should be chosen and this year it's often over 10 often 1 star players that make no sense. Worth taking a look.
