Fielder Positions widget is incorrect for AI

I use "AI sets initial defense" and it seems like the "Fielder Positions" widget only has the correct value if I change the positioning manually. This also occurs when the AI is fielding. Screenshots attached for both scenarios.

The fielders are playing a shift in the first pic. Both pics look like they're correct, I'm not sure I quite understand the issue here. Can you maybe clarify a bit? Thanks!

I think the OP’s complaint is that the defensive positioning widget still shows the player locations (black dots and wording) as normal despite a shift being selected at the top of the display. I’ve noticed the same thing with an additional observation that the widget updates to reflect the shift after the first pitch of an AB. Problem is that you don’t see it when playing in one pitch mode.

Thanks, I can see that now

Good catch from both you and from the OP!
