I am interest in buying 00TP19 but have a few questions;

Can you pick any teams and play Tournaments? How many teams can play in a Tournament? I am looking to play teams from different years in Tournaments, is that possible?

2 to my knowledge but you can also create a league as big as you want of as many teams as you want from any season 1871-2017
I've created an All White Sox league with all playoff teams and i've created a league of playoff Cubs vs Sox teams. Other have created all World Series winners.
There are also all uniforms for every team throughout history. Negro Leagues, facegen and photos for all players and stadiums from 1901 to today + a few pore 1900 parks. These are add ons and mods.
