Minor League Management

I want to set the lineups of my minor league teams. I think I choose some option when I started the league to not allow me to do this. When I create a new league now, I can no longer find this option. I am listed as Manager/GM.

For instance, when I try to adjust my organization's AAA lineup, it says "your manager does not allow you to change the lineups or you have assigned control of lineups to the computer AI."

Where can I change the computer AI? There are 135958 different screens.

Literally found it in the manager options 30 seconds after I posted this.
