Coach and player are the same guy

I don't know if this is a known problem, but as the 1903 Phillies, I hired Chief Zimmer as a bench coach while also having Chief Zimmer as a backup catcher. They're the same guy in real life, two different people in the game.

There are several player/managers in the early years of baseball. I don't think it can be different people in the game. Maybe hard to model.
