Unable to "current opportunity" to (All)

Title is supposed to say: Unable to change current opportunity to (All)

I'm referring to the "available personnel" tab. If there are any openings in your orginaztion there is no way to view availble scouts, trainers, or assistant GM's if those positions are filled. The "current opportunity" will only show the open postions with no option to view (All). Obvisouly a scout isn't going to be interested in a managing or coaching job so the only way to view available scouts would be to fire your current one. A picture has been attached to show what I'm reffereing to. I'm unable to load any league files at the moment but will be able to later upon request. The current opportunity is a great added feature though! It makes micro managing your entire org. much more user friendly.
