Is there a setting to increase/decrease the number of 2-way players created?

I'm looking for a setting that controls how often 2-way players are created. Is that exposed to us for editing?

Same. It might be cool for some fictional leagues (or for high school/college feeders) but if you want a realistic MLB environment it just doesn't work.

League settings, stats + ai on the left half way down.
