Historical Simulation Accuracy data not showing up for 2018

I'm about three weeks in to the 2018 season on a new MLB start and the historical simulation accuracy data is only showing up to 2017.

I play out almost every game for every team so I player very slowly (about 2 seasons per year) and I use the HSA data to make sure none of the default stats settings are out of line; I almost always have to adjust caught stealing %, for instance.

I can't remember, does it just take a month of simming to show up, or is there something up?

Thanks!

That's because it's "historical simulation accuracy". 2018 is not a matter of historical record...Yet. That feature should only be available for seasons between 1871 and 2017 I would think.

It's always been available for each season as they happen--in order to keep track of wider trends. I've used it every year.

Even in historical seasons it isn't updating until after the season (World Series) is complete. Don't know if that is intended or a bug.

I found that it will record after the season is concluded.

I hope that's a bug that will be fixed. It's hard to adjust settings as you go if you don't know what's happening.

I don't understand why you would adjust the settings as you go based on an incomplete sample size. Maybe I'm an old school fool, but I would let things shake out and let the regression monkeys go to work rather than trying to force things. That's just me though, YMMV.

I do do that, but certain things (like homer rate and k rate, among others) tend to stabilize pretty early in my experience. I like to keep tabs on it.
