How do I....

Hey all...new to the game and loving it so far! What I would like to do is... Set up a normal MLB league with the 30 actual teams and have a draft...but a draft that allows ALL players in MLB history to be available. Quick start with All Time Greatest template comes the closest to what I want, but it places the players on their historical teams and what I want is to do a draft...so that Babe Ruth, Sandy Koufax, Albert Puhjols, Jose Altuve and Willie Mays could all end up on the Diamondbacks (for example). Hope this makes sense. I know there has to be a simple way to do this but as a newbie can't figure it out. Anyone have an idea what I can do?

you could release all the players to free agency, then select have a free agent draft.
under league settings in the functions tab, the middle section, under roster functions, the second box is "Clear Rosters"
after that, on the same page, on the left side under POPULAR FUNCTIONS is "schedule Free Agent Draft" (3rd box from top). Hope this helps. Good Luck.
