No scouting error in stuff rating across league?

In my OOTP19 fictional league imported from OOTP18, there is no difference between the OSA, scout, and actual stuff rating for any pitchers in the league (in game and verified with a csv dump). Stuff potential shows differences and so does every other rating. It's like there is no OSA or scout error being applied to the stuff rating.

Is anyone else seeing similar results? Just wondering if this is a bug, an issue with my import, or an intentional change for some reason...

try forcing a full re-scout from League Settings screen - any better? if that still persists, try a new league and see if the problem continues and not some one-time hiccup in a league somehow.

after that, i'd definitely post a bug report.

stuff in profile won't match up 1:1 with the pure stuff ratings you see in editor. they should vary due to velocity and gb%. maybe the overall stuff below those pure ratings includes all the factors and will match up profile to editor, but for sure the individual pitches won't match up even if 100% accurate.

I'm in a fictional on-line league that has converted from 18 to 19. A spot check shows the same phenomenon: My head scout and OSA rate don't differ in any of their Stuff ratings.

I tried forcing a re-scout as NoOne suggested and the issue is still there. I'm going to go ahead and file a bug report...
