Player Retiring Before End of Season

I have a veteran player who announced at the beginning of the season that he would retire at the end of the year. Instead, while still on the Major League roster, he retired with 8 games remaining. It was the same day that minor league players from my organization retired. I've never seen this before.

I'm still on 18. I have seen it 3 times in September. The 3 players might have played in the minors at some point this season as none where ML caliber players anymore.

This bug was squashed during beta but it may have returned.
