Pitcher Movement Rating Drops

What is the deal with 1/3 of the pitchers having "movement" drops in their ratings with the conversion from OOTP18 to OOTP19? Heck, it's killed several of my pitchers just in one league. It's consistently the movement rating. I'm not talking insignificant drops, I'm in a 1-5 league, so dropping from 4 to 3 can be significant. It can actually take a solid 4 WAR pitcher and turn him into just above replacement value...

Thanks

Bum

A few things to note:
Sometimes, ratings drops for players are simply a function of us fixing some things up in how we display them, so it's possible that someone with a 60 rating before will pitch the same as someone with a 50 right now.
Related to that, with the redesigned ratings, sometimes you may need to alter your expectations for what "good" truly is.
Now, if players are actually performing worse, it might just be a sample size issue, where some guys have a ratings drop and either get hit with aging or luck in their first time in the new league. But we didn't do anything to "change" player ratings in the update - everything is either a bug fix or a cosmetic change in display.

The change to "ratings" occurred at conversion. The drop in production also occurred at the same time. Ratings and production shouldn't change solely because of moving from OOTP18 to OOTP19. The ratings drop was to a significant portion of the pitchers in the league (15%-30%) with a production drop to go with it. That doesn't make sense to me. Note: we are on a 1-5 scale, so dropping "movement" from 4 to 3 can be significant.
