I'm drawing a blank here and I can't set it on the front office page as the GM - so who's in charge of setting the team's focus?

That's my guess too. No way to change it that I can think of. It's funny though, we are set to "neutral" and my owner says I have to win the World Series this year.

Mr. Owner might want to change that to "win now".

Yes, owner. My view of neutral is that he thinks you already have the roster to “win now” and don’t need to go crazy with actions. I know you don’t agree.
