Holy Pitch count Batman!

So I created a 32 Round Robin exhibition, renamed it and opened in regular mode. I took a team and played my 1st game. Both Starters pitched the full 9 innings of a 14-5 game. The pitch count was enormous and I can't believe the AI would not change pitchers. Do I need to change a setting to make sure the bullpens are utilized?

Below are the pitching stats for the game. Both teams pitching were AI controlled.

193 pitches and 14 Runs. Where's the bullpen!
