A PT player just showed up in my fictional offline leage

So this is a bit of a weird one. I put a player (Ian Happ) up on the auction house. Then I turned the game off, had something to eat, etc. I come back to PT, everything seems normal. Then I go to my offline league while I wait for the next sim, and the game tells me I have a player on DFA that I have to do something about before I can sim. Confused I check it out and who do I find? Ian Happ.

Ian Happ just crossed the borders of space and time and went from my PT team to my offline team. Any idea how this happened? And how do I get rid of him?

Switch on commish mode and delete the player (action menu in the progile).

The latest update (19.9.114) fixes this from happening again.
