Team gets "adjusted" every night

I was trying to find another thread that discussed this but I couldnt. The past couple days I have set my lineups and rosters, moved some players around, ect submitted my team. My team has played out multiple games with this setup. I go to work (at night in the US) when I get back home I have random players on my roster and some of my better players sitting in the reserves with a reserve timer. Of course this jacks up my pitching and lineups as well.

From the discord I figure I am not the only one that this is happening to and I also dont know what to upload on here to display this.

Have you checked PT Settings? On the right, there is "Team Control Settings". Make sure you are set to control everything instead of AI. If it's not that, I can't help.

I also dont know exactly when it changes.. my current job means I sleep while a lot of the simming is going on but lately every time I get on here and check I have at least 3 additional pitchers I didnt want and its dropped some of hitters.

Now that I think about it some more its almost as if the game is forcing me to do a more reasonable split between pitchers and batters. Right now with the way I want it I have 8 pitchers and 17 batters. I was a bit irritated when I saw it again that I didnt keep track of exactly how many but it definitely dropped some hitters and put some of the random, and not very good, pitchers on my active roster.

Ok so now I've dumped everyone in the reserve to inactive so we will see what happens if anything with no cards to pull from.

Yes, I believe we will auto-manage teams that do not have certain minimum players. I believe it's 4 starters and 5 relievers. If you keep at least that on the team, then you should be fine from AI interference.

This just happened to my team the last two sims. I replaced a few different players in my pitching staff and my lineup, and each day none of those changes are reflected. In fact some of the players ended up being deactivated for some reason. I have 5 starters and 6 relievers, so i don't have the issue mentioned by Matt above. It is like the game is not saving/submitting changes (though I hit submit numerous times). This time i've submitted and also closed out of PT entirely to force save as well.
