Could not find team error

I (clynch) am in one of the leagues that had the issue this morning (Psi Phi). Now when I open my app through Origin, I can see my League information, and my PP information, but when I try to click "Play Perfect Team" I get an error "Could not find team!"

We are aware of this and hope to fix this in time. It's only that single league that seems to have that issue...
