Login has disappeared

This is a duplicate of my 12/26 post. Somebody named Chris was supposed to contact me after his vacation.

I have been unable to enter my OOTP Login and Perfect team both and had to create a new login just to play games!

"Login has disappeared (from Forum post)
I had a login for OOTP19 and perfect team. User name was wvufan76 and the email contact was tem316@juno.com. I went to a relatives house over Christmas who had no Internet and played the OOTP19 in offline mode and now I cannot access my old user name and the reset password emails are not coming to me. Can you send a password email to email address tem316@juno.com?"
