Roster not syncing between two computers

I was under the impression this was supposed to be fixed with the last update??? However, it appears it is not.

Changes made to lineups, roster moves etc are not transferring from one computer to another (I'm definitely submitting changes).

This is still an issue. Is it perhaps being caused when you swap devices without there being a simulation in between to lock in the changes made?

If you have the game open on two computers, you have to make sure that auto submit rosters is turned off since if you make a change on one computer and submit, the other one that doesn't have the changes made could auto-submit and screw up the rosters.
