all pitchers 100% rested

Just logged in and all my pitchers are showing 100% rested. I don't know if this is affecting the gameplay (game log shows correct activity).

Have they pitched recently? I know most leagues would be around the All-Star game right now, so if they all had 4 days off, it might be enough to get them all back to 100%.
