Perfect Points Buy Now buttons not working

When I click on any of the Buy Now buttons on the Buy Perfect Points page, nothing happens. I've exited the game and restarted with no change.

I checked, and yes, Enable the Steam Overlay is enabled.

Trust me, I'm very experienced at buying PPs.

Did you try turning it off and turning it back on again?
