Crash after winning bid, download new league file

Won an auction bid right as simulation was ending. pushed to reload the new file. game crashed

Went back and the player I won is not on my team. Not sure if my money went down. Bid History says I won but the player is not nor has been on my roster.

He can be found in your "Manage collection" screen as an inactive player. See the main menu.
