Stuff rating bug still?

This was in 19's version as well. If I'm reading this wrong then please advise. But, the scout will update a stuff rating on a specific date; in this case 6/1/2019. Then on the scouting report it will show a stuff rating different than what the scout had updated to.

For this player his stuff dropped from 65 to 60. However, the rating shows 50. It only happens with stuff. It seems like this is a bug as no other rating behaves like this.

Attached are 3 pictures. One shows a decrease scouting report, one shows an increase scouting report (both of which shows an inaccurate stuff rating) and one shows a scouting report in which the movement rating changed and it reflects correctly.

I posted about this same issue a couple of times in OOTP 19. Not really sure why this hasn't been fixed yet.

We may have missed the reports or a bug we fixed may've popped up again. Anyway, we've seen this now and we'll take a look.

This should be fixed in the next patch.

This is still not fixed!! I opened a support ticket in March and received a response that it was being looked into. Anyone else still having this problem?

Everybody. In pitchers in "scouting history" it shows "absolute values", not "displayed relative". I am waiting for a new patch.
