Is this a bug that was patched out? Here's my manager settings

I'm currently on version 20.0.24

Oh, there's also this... is THIS why?

I can't say for sure, but yes, meddling owner might have something to do with it. (Why can't those owners just leave baseball decisions to the baseball guys?

You should patch up to version 20.0.28.
