Need help with ootp 19 account recovery after pc factory settings reset...

Well, my computer just died. The only way to get it functioning again is to wipe the hard drive and start over from scratch. I downloaded the game from online directly from out of the park developments. I am wondering if I go ahead and click restore and wipe the hard drive if I will be able to re-download the game since I've already paid for mine. I'm very poor and cannot afford to purchase a second game. So will I be safe in wiping the hard drive and reinstalling the game?

I actually wrote 2 tickets by mistake not realizing I had done so 5 days ago. Neither has been answered yet.

First, you have two licenses. If you have already used two licenses and are unable to release a license (if you can access the game you can un-license it, thus freeing up a license), put in a support ticket to have the licenses released.

Or buy it from Steam in the future and you can wipe your computer every morning and still download the game every night without contacting anyone period.
