3 hitter rule next season

MLB passed a new rule for next season that a pitcher has to face 3 batters or until the end of the inning. How can I do this new rule in ootp ?

It's not 100% official yet. The player union can block it in off season

it would still be cool if they sneak this in this year as an option.

It can't currently be implemented in game, but if you set a slower hook for relievers, you won't have as many short appearances.
