Ballparks duplicate for 2 teams

In my World League (league file uploaded to FTP, filename=WorldLeague1916.zip) ballparks for two of the teams in an eight-team league -- New Oxford and Winderburg -- for some reason have the same ballpark. When I go to change one, it always changes the other too. How can I have different ballparks for these two teams?

You should be able to change the ballpark for either team. Go to teams home page, select settings, on the right (I do not have my game in front of me) I think it has a setting for ballpark with a drop down menu to change the ballpark. That should do it.

That's the problem though. When I change one of those two teams' ballparks, the other one changes with it. The two teams' ballparks are somehow linked. There seems to be no way to make those two teams have different ballparks than the other. It's just those two teams out of eight.

I had this happen twice, both in eight-team fictional leagues. I sent in the league file as instructed but crickets since.

My solution has been to make both teams' stadiums 1.000 for everything so at least they are league average. But it would be nice to know why the two teams cannot have different ballparks or why if I change one, it changes the other.

Must be something quirky with my setup, as apparently this has happened to no one else.

We'll try to look at the league files when we get a chance, though we have a bit of a backlog of league files to look at, but offhand I don't really see how this could even be happening, unless you've just set both teams to have the same park. I guess weirder things have happened though, so we will try to have a look at this.

To fix this, you probably need to be in commissioner mode, and then at the spot Reed mentions, you should be able to pick a new park for one or both teams. You can also go to the Edit Parks page and import in new parks if you want new options.

Figured it out. I was going straight to Edit Ballpark, not the dropdown on the right as you described. I still don't know why I was seeing duplicate ballparks, but I got it to work so that the two teams no longer have to "share" their stadium.

Sorry it took me awhile for this to sink in. Thanks all for the help. Problem solved, nothing more to see here.
