Pitching Rotation Problems

Doing a New Standard Game Starting at the High A Level Carolina League, and in game four. Just noticed that all three Starters from Games 1 to 3 show as Pitching Yesterday and are ALL 18% or less and exhausted. Something is amiss with the latest update. I started this season to replace one I already had and it did not have any problems with that build.

I just randomly checked, and the MLB Pitchers appear to be Starting and Resting Correctly. However the Starters in all the Minor Leagues I checked have the same problem, and the starters are not recovering from their Starts, and the game believes this is caused because no time has passed and they all believe they just pitched yesterday.
