1901 league park - Cleveland
Silvam or anybody that could help.
I've just played my first game in this park and I can't see the rightfielder. He's positioned behind the fence. This is in modern 3D mode. When a flyball is hit to right, he comes through the fence to make the play. I was wondering if there is something I could do to have the rightfielder visible on the field. Some setting or something. This park is similar to Baker Bowl and the rightfielder in Baker Bowl is visible. This doesn't affect the play of the game, it's just a cosmetic type of thing to look out there and not see the fielder. The park is cool and plays great. Just wondering if something I could do to fix this. Thanks. Last edited by zappa1; 04-19-2019 at 05:05 AM. |

Interesting. The prk files import in 2D but I have to go to the 3D side and then import another type of file (I think obj file) for it to work in 3D. Any advice on getting the crowd to show up?

Are you following this procedure? 1. Download the .rar file of a stadium 2. Open it using winrar (or whatever program you use) 3. Drag the entire folder into your “/ballparks/models” folder 4. In the game, go to park editor 5 find the stadium of the team you want to change. 6 under the “Actions” menu, select “Manually import park from a file” 7 navigate to the park folder in /ballparks/models 8 select the .prk file If you bulk download parks you will have to do this for each individual park in the bulk .rar download, i.e. open the bulk download on you desktop then follow the above for earch park. |

That's some amazing work!
How complex is it to edit the 3D models? What tools do you need? I'd love to fix the dugouts in OOTP's version of PNC Park... I'd hate to be sitting behind the dugouts there. Talk about obstructed views! ![]() |

Instead of trying modify the park, have you tried changing the view on the park editor page? I fooled around with it a bit and came up with this. I am no sure what view you really want. Last edited by adion; 04-20-2019 at 03:07 PM. |

Using Steam and OOTP XX- first park I am playing in won't show in 3D mode. In 2D mode it shows the park and players but when ball is hit they all disappear and the ball just moves as a coordinate marker. Any ideas how to fix?

What park and did you import it using the .prk file?

Selecting the .obj file isn’t sufficient to utilize park factors? The additional import is mandatory? I don’t recall any of that last year.

Inventory of 3D Ballparks by Silvam14 and Adion

The prk file houses all of the park factors, dimensions, 2D ball locations and other general park info. The obj is strictly the 3D model Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Also, what park factors then do the default 'game' parks use? Aren't they all different? Just automatically imported/installed then?

All I know is each park has a different prk file which, once loaded should import everything for that park. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
