Second Game of Double Header Skipped??

It seems to me that if you make a roster change between the first and second game of a doubleheader, that the second game gets skipped. There is no way to go back and play it. This has happened to me twice. Am running the latest version of OOTP. Has anyone else experienced this??

I haven't heard of this happening before

Would you be able to upload a save where this has happened for us to take a look at?
