Client does not open at all

In Steam it does nothing when I press "Play".

I tried the checklist of possible fixes from Markus. Nothing changes.

When I try to right click and run as administrator from the Windows folder I get this error message.

"After it does so, navigate to the following folder: Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 20\debug"

I do not have this folder. I see other games but not OOTP.

Problem solved.

Update for anyone having this problem...

After much struggle, it turned out to be my windows update. Windows was not up to date and it kept failing the updating process. I had to try all kinds of fixes and keep trying to apply the updates until it finally took, hours later.
