"Cannot log into PT" - may be a server outage. Like clockwork every weekend - this crap is old for the amount of money that has been spent on this - this is not tolerable.

Playing OOTP 19 (Not steam version. Had over 5500 points and bought gold pack. Got error message saying I was not logged in. I was. Did not get gold pack that I paid for. Please credit my account or give me a gold pack.
