Rosters messed up after importing file
I hope this gets seen since its still on 19.
In an online league, when I export the file and then each user downloads it, their rosters are messed up. Players from other teams showing on their team. All kinds of weird things. The main league file (mine as I'm the commish) is fine. But theirs are all messed up. We've advanced twice and exported multiple times and their imports are still messed up. Anyone know what happened and how to fix it?

In case anyone else has this issue, it’s the names.dat file that causes it. The game tells you that you do not need it unless you change something. That’s not accurate bc this is the second time it’s happened. So something in the game changes the names.dat file and throws things out of whack.

Sounds like this is a corrupt names file. I would guess that the problem is that when you're uploading the file, it's somehow getting corrupted. Not really an OOTP issue per say, but likely something related to your internet connection or to an anti-virus or anti-malware program on your system.
How are you specifically uploading the file for them to grab? If you just drop it in a dropbox folder and give them the link to that, does that change anything?
