Is There a Way to Keep AI from Pulling Starter?
The AI has pulled Cy Young four times out of seven when he was pitching a shutout going into the 9th. The highest pitch count was 116. The other three were about 100, with one being 99. I have his strategy set as far to the right as possible. My closer is Jack Sanford, who's been performing well, but is not Cy Young. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I lose thousands of points a year when I have a pitcher yanked in the 9th with a shutout going and at least a 4 run lead.....kills me.

For me, its more about the RPs than the SPs. Ive lost many games because the AI leaves a RP in way too long (despite my strats). For example, how is it possible if I have the "pull reliever" slider all the way to the quickest possible, and a RP is allowed to give up 5 straight baserunners via hits or walks? Thats pathetic. |

I've put the SP slider all the way to the right and had pitchers go about 130 pitches. The downside is that he will not be fully rested on the 5th day following, so you if you don't have a scheduled day off in between then plan on using a spot starter. Edit: My pitchers had 90+ stamina.
