Game Crashes

Hello. Last night I bought v20. I set it up and also set up my PT. I was able to use it fine. I woke up this morning and when I tried to access PT, the game crashed. It crashes at the 68% mark when loading team graphics. I have tried everything I can think of, including completely deleting the game and reinstalling. I would appreciate some assistance.
