Pack Opening Issue

I'm still having problems with the pack opening animation screen. I'm getting constant flickering, cards stacking on top of each other, and cards not lining up at the end so I can view them.

It's been well over a month, and I'm still having issues with the pack opening screen. This is quite frustrating as I'm a pack only opening team. I'm well aware not many people are experiencing this issue like I am, but could I please get some help as to what I should do to fix my pack animations screen....or when it will be fixed?

have you made sure that your system specs meet what is needed for OOTP 20?

also you can disable 3-D in settings and this problem will go away.

i would file a trouble ticket; the sticky is at the top of this page.

Thanks HiDesertAce. I checked my computer and it's legit.
Honestly, I don't want to disable the animation screen because I find it fun and addictive having fireworks explode when I get a good card.
I didn't realize there was a separate "trouble ticket" screen in the "bugs report forum."
I'll file a ticket.

I have this issue as well. I opened a ticket 4 days ago with no response, and started a thread on how this is also affecting my player animations in the play game feature. Basically if it is an animation it is destroyed. All since the last patch. No response from devs, and it makes the game unplayable and essentially unplayable on a pack-only team.

Hey guys,

First off my sincerest apologies about the delay in getting back to you guys about this issue. I've been trying to round up all the info I can about the issue so we can have our best shot at being able to figure out what is causing this pack animation glitch. Regretfully, we had the whole Kayako ticketing system happen at the same time and that put me and Lukas back in a massive amount of tickets that we hadn't been receiving. Since then we've had a couple of people come forward with the same issue and even an issue where it is joined by single player animation issues (Findest2001 thank you for that ticket and trace file btw). I'm extremely hopeful that working with the dev team we can figure out what is causing this and get you guys a fix to resolve this issue.

Again my sincerest apologies that it has taken so long to get around to this issue. We'll be reviewing the videos, messages, and tracefiles and try to have some answers or at least options to try out for you guys.
