FastSpring Service

On average, how quick does FastSpring reply to requests for licensing issues. Lost order email, sent request 30 minutes ago with no response.

They seemingly don't, because I've sent several emails to their support team and only got the automated response. Jeff left this though if you need your key resent https://qlm1.net/ootpdevelopments/qlmcustomersite/

Success... had to go to Fastspring website and claim I didn't recognize the charge. they emailed the receipt almost immediately.

I did the same and it said they found the transaction and will email me as well.

Settled! Guess I had left a letter out of my email, which is why they didn't send me the key this morning, but I got it now!
