Historical initial draft/Expansion

Create Historical League on July 1st with an initial draft.
Edit Historical League structure adding teams. Click the "draft button".

Game accurately shows initial draft, then an expansion draft. However it list them on the same day, July 2nd. If you are running a team it will not let you advance until you have protected players for the expansion draft, players you do not have.

Setting all teams to CPU and running a single day fixes this.

Ah, I don't think we anticipated somebody doing an initial draft and expanding at the start of the game, too. Might need to push back the expansion draft date by a day.
