Trades aren't working.

So when I go to the trade menu, I get no information about the other team... only my team? It's like I'm trading myself! Because that's the only info it shows. Also, trades never work and don't go through, I submit an offer and nothing ever comes back. I had to turn on Commissioner mode to force trades...

Also, in the manager settings, stopping the sim for players on waivers doesn't work. Never stops, even for 1 stars.

We've had a couple of reports of the trading problem where it's showing your team instead of the trading partner, but I haven't been able to replicate it. Very odd, when I load it the trade offer window works fine, even when I try to replicate the teams in your screenshot. And the same thing is happening with another save from a user reporting the same thing as you. Something's obviously wrong there, but not consistently. We're going to have to dig into it further to find out what's going on.

When I restarted the game and went full screen. The trades started working for me... I don't get it.

Probably not it. I've checked three separate saves with the problem now, and it never reoccurred when I loaded them. It just seems to be an intermittent thing, but we'll try to track it down.
