Passed Balls

I have been seeing a very high amount of passed balls in my league, a couple screen shots show the amount. I apologize for not having submitted my league files (I attempted to follow the instructions in one of the sticky posts, no luck), hopefully this won't be ignored as the instructions also state.

Has anybody had this happen to them before, or any advice on how to attempt a fix? Any help would be much appreciated!

This is a known issue in a particular "real" league set up. Search "passed balls" in the forum.
